Action Steps:

  1. Ensure to follow due diligence on not disclosing details violating authentication policy

  2. If the verification fails, request the user to check the details and answer the verification questions

  3. Ask the user about the error he is receiving

  4. Check if the user has already placed a withdrawal on the same day. Go to CRM>>withdrawals>>check if any withdrawal was placed, If yes, inform the user that there was one withdrawal already placed hence he cannot place any withdrawals today.
