VOC:

  • Why have I received less withdrawal money

  • My winning amount was more but I have received less money to my withdrawal wallet


Action Steps:

  1. Ensure to follow due diligence on not disclosing details violating authentication policy

  2. If the verification fails, request the user to check the details and answer the verification questions

  3. If the user complains that he has received less amount to his bank account post placing a withdrawal, the CSA to go to CRM>>Withdrawals and check if the user had opted for a saver or supersaver.

 


  1. Inform the user that he has opted for Super boost at the time of withdrawal hence (XX%) has gone to the game balance. 

  2. CSA should inform all the benefits of SB(end-to-end)
