Your culture points expire at the end of each month and the counter is reset. However, that does not mean you lose your club privileges at the end of each month. Each club has its own validity period during which your club status cannot be downgraded. If you are unable to meet the eligibility criteria within the validity period, then only your club status will be downgraded.
