If your KYC document is rejected, it might be due to these following reasons:
- The name on the PAN card and name on the bank account details are not the same
- Incorrect document uploaded
- The Image uploaded is not clear
- If the IFSC code is not visible
- If the Customer’s name is not printed on the Cheque or Bank document details
- If the Bank account number/IFSC code entered by a customer on Rummy Culture does not match with the Bank account number/IFSC code
